SAN FRANCISCO, CA, UNITED STATES, October 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Protoface, a generative media inference platform for developers and enterprises, today announced that the Protoface API has expanded to more than 40 models from over 20 providers. Developers can access video, image, audio, and 3D generation models using the same API key they already use for MiniMax H3, Protoface Realtime Avatar, and other Protoface-hosted models.

The expanded API includes Kling 3.0 Pro, Seedance 2.5, Wan 3.0, Google’s Veo 3.1, xAI’s Grok Imagine, and Runway Gen-4 Turbo for video generation. Image models include Google’s Nano Banana 2, OpenAI’s GPT Image 2, and FLUX.2. Audio models include ElevenLabs’ Eleven Music and Eleven v3, while 3D models such as Tripo H3.1 enable developers to generate assets for game development and other 3D workflows.

Protoface uses autoresearch and proprietary inference optimizations to reduce the cost of running open-weight generative media models. Its optimized MiniMax H3 inference starts at $0.01 per second. The broader Protoface catalog also includes FastH3 starting at $0.0035 per second and LTX 2.5 Fast starting at $0.003 per second.

Creators and developers can use Protoface’s optimized open-weight models alongside proprietary models from other providers without managing separate accounts, API keys, or billing relationships. The Protoface API offers pay-as-you-go access without requiring a subscription. Users who prefer to create AI videos online without writing code can use Protoface Studio, which provides a browser-based video creation interface.

“Developers want to use the best model for each task without having to maintain a separate integration for every provider,” said Jason Mehta, engineer at Protoface. “With Protoface, developers can access Kling 3.0 Pro, Seedance 2.5, Wan 3.0, and our optimized MiniMax H3 models using the same API key.”

Enterprises and developers use these models to build AI video applications and create product imagery, marketing and sales materials, educational and training videos, e-commerce content, and social media content.

Developers can get started with MiniMax H3 by obtaining a free API key at protoface.com. MiniMax H3 pricing and the full model catalog are available at protoface.com/models, with API documentation at docs.protoface.com. The announcement follows Protoface’s August launch of Protoface Studio and the Protoface API.
